Documents Required for Emirates NBD Debit Cards 

The documents mentioned below would be required to secure an Emirates NBD debit card –

  1. A passport copy (with residence visa page)
  2. Original valid passport
  3. No objection certificate from the sponsor
  4. Salary certificate - In absence of a salary certificate, any of the following documents can be provided
    • Appointment letter or copy of the contract

How to Change Emirates NBD ATM Card Pin?

In case you forget your Emirates NBD debit card PIN, you change it using any of the 4 methods discussed below –

As your Emirates NBD debit card is linked to your bank account, you can check the balance online or via a mobile banking account. Once you log in to the account, click on the ‘My Finances’ tab from where you can check the balance of your account easily.   • Scroll to the bottom and select the ‘Block Card’ option under the Card details section
  • Select the reason you want to block the card – Lost or stolen
  • Decide whether you want a replacement card. Request the card for immediate replacement and click on Continue.
  • You will be redirected to the new page where you would be required to review the transaction details and press the confirm button
  • The Emirates NBD debit card will be blocked and you will receive the replacement card (if applicable) within 3 business days 

Mobile Banking Application
