Sharjah: Report Minor Traffic Accidents on a New Rafid Number

Important Update! Rafid Automotive Solutions Company has changed its number for receiving minor traffic accident reports to 80092. This change has been done in collaboration with the General Command of Sharjah Police.Rafid primarily responds to minor accidents by doing inspections and investigating the accident scene, helping the involved party (ies) figure out the sort of report the law requires. 

Furthermore, Rafid also provides services like emergency fuel delivery, battery replacement, and tyre replacement. 

What's the Reason Behind the Update?

The key aim of this update is to decrease the response time for minor traffic accident reports. This way, the authorities could offer assistance with phone calls and speed up the procedures for getting emergency services. Ultimately, this is expected to enhance road safety in the long run. 

The number was launched in the presence of Major General Saif Al Zari Al Shamsi and Ahmed Juma Al Musharrekh.
