You can do your ADIB credit card activation both online and offline. Let’s discuss both methods in more detail below —

Online Mode:

Mobile Banking

Install the bank’s app on your device.
Register and sign into your account.
Tap on the card you want to activate.
Type in the expiry month and year.
Confirm and click ‘OK’ on the dialogue box.

WhatsApp Banking

Register your ADIB account on WhatsApp.
Send ‘Hi’ to +971600543216.
Select option ‘2’ from the list of services.
Type ‘1’ for card activation.
Choose the card you want to activate.
Confirm and enter the authentication code sent to your registered mobile number.
