Via Products

1. Provide your username and password to sign in.
2. Select ‘Card’ or ‘Account’ and click on the card image.
3. Hit ‘Activate’ and type in the card’s expiry date.
4. Set up a new PIN and confirm it.
5. An authentication code will be sent to your ENBD mobile app.
6. Confirm it and provide your Smart Pass PIN.

1. Log into your account.
2. Choose the appropriate symbol on the navigation menu.
3. Tap ‘Apply for New Service’, then Prepaid/Debit/Credit Cards.
4. Click ‘Activate Prepaid/Debit/Credit Cards’.
5. Choose the card you want to activate.
6. Provide the expiry date of the card.
7. Proceed to set up a new PIN.
8. Submit it and receive an authentication code on the mobile app.
9. Confirm and enter your Smart Pass PIN.
