Simply follow the steps below to file a claim via Dubai Care -
Visit DubaiCare at https://www.dubins.ae/beta/dubaicare. If you are a first-time user, you can register on the website using your Emirates ID and date of birth. If you don’t have an Emirates ID, you can connect with Dubai Insurance and get the e-card number to log in. Insured members can access their healthcare benefits using either the e-card number or Emirates ID.
Once you are registered, log in to the portal.
Visit the “Submit New Claim” section and keep the following information handy -
To submit the claim, fill in all the information precisely. Upload or click pictures of all the requested documents - itemised medical form attested by your doctor with the hospital or the clinic stamp. The report should include the history of the current illness, previous illnesses, clinical history, and the prescribed medical tests or medication.
You would also need to attach the medical reports, hospital bills, and more.
Once done, click on the “Submit Claim” tab.
Once you submit the claim form, you will get an alert on your email, confirming that your claim has been submitted.
Note - You should submit the claim within 30 days from the date of treatment within or outside the network. The whole reimbursement process generally takes 15 to 21 business days.
