2. Mobile Banking

  • Login to Mobile App: First, you need to log in to your mobile banking application using the provided banking credentials. 
  • Create a Request: In the ‘Service Request’ section, you can raise a request for a new chequebook. Make sure you provide all the required details correctly. 
  • Wait for the Chequebook: Once you have raised the request, it may take around three working days for the bank to deliver the chequebook to your doorstep. The delivery timeline may be different for all the banks in the UAE.

Banks in the UAE send you an SMS notification as soon as they dispatch your bank account chequebook. The SMS contains the expected delivery date. By checking that message, you will come to know when you will be receiving your new chequebook.
