Moreover, a strong employment landscape is contributing to this trend. Industries like technology, digital services, retail, and hospitality are witnessing substantial recruitment drives, particularly for middle and senior management positions. Concurrently, there is a consistent burgeoning of new business ventures, all of which collectively contribute to the growing demand for Golden Visas.
Regarding skilled professionals, the supplementary documents needed are ones that the applicant likely possesses from previous visa applications, Emirates ID registration, and the process of opening a bank account. Furthermore, the pre-approval processing time for applications falling within the pre-skilled category typically spans around one week.
In the investment category, there is less possibility that the applicant already possesses these documents. The specific documentation needed will vary based on the type of investment visa being pursued.
