Emergency treatments are medical procedures that are required to address urgent health conditions, which can lead to severe consequences if not treated immediately. Examples of emergency treatments include trauma care, heart attack treatment, and stroke treatment.

  • Free access (Network): The insurance provider covers the emergency treatment costs when availed within the network hospitals or healthcare providers.
  • Reimbursement (Non-network): If the emergency treatment is availed outside the network, the insurer reimburses the costs up to 100% of the actual covered cost, subject to a maximum of 100% of UAE applicable network rates.

How to Cancel Dubai Insurance Health Insurance Plan?

To cancel a Dubai Insurance health insurance plan, either party can initiate the process. If the policyholder wants to cancel the policy, they can write to Dubai Insurance Co. (P.S.C) 30 days in advance and the concerned company will retain the premium based on the following short-term premium rates -

  • 12.5% of the annual premium for each subsequent month or any part thereof
